We are looking for a Talent Management Manager for an FMCG brand, up to RM16k per month!Your new company

Talent Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive succession planning framework
Performance Management: Lead performance improvement initiatives and KPI development
Organisational Design: Design organisational structures and competency gap analyses
Learning & Development: Manage training needs and develop leadership programs
