We are looking for a Talent Management Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our Talent Management team. The role ensures the delivery of core HR support functions while driving engagement, wellness, discipline, and organizational harmony. Acting as the bridge between management and employees, you will design and implement strategies that support Pointwest's growth, culture, and business goals.

Delighting Our Customers & Stakeholders: Build and execute scalable talent management strategies, oversee engagement and wellness programs, and strengthen communication between employees and management.
