Job Description

Build, develop, and manage the Talent Management team, providing expert guidance
and specialized knowledge to ensure that the team is able to maintain core human
capital functions to support core operational delivery while providing services that
promote organizational harmony and employee welfare, engagement, discipline, and
wellness.

A. Strategy Development

I. Design a scalable, flexible, and purposeful Talent Management Strategy that
integrates all the following aspects:

• Optimization of systems, processes, and tools;
• Maintenance of core human capital functions to support core operational delivery;
• Employees' welfare, engagement, discipline, and wellness;
• Representation of managers to employees and vice versa;
• Perpetuation of organizational harmony;
