Talent Management Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Management Strategy & Governance

• Lead the design, enhancement and deployment of
  group-wide Talent Management frameworks
  , including succession planning, talent reviews, High Potential identification, talent segmentation and readiness assessments.
