Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement talent management strategies and programs that aligns with the Group's strategic priorities and business objectives.
• Champion talent initiatives across the organisation, including high-potential developmental programmes, trainings and developmental assignments to build future leadership capabilities and succession readiness.
