Talent Project Manager – 9-Month Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking an agile, hands-on Talent Project Manager to join a global organisation on a 9-month fixed-term basis.

This is a delivery-focused role within the Talent function, responsible for taking talent concepts from initial idea through to practical solutions, products, high-quality executive materials, and end-user communications. Acting as a mini-PMO for the Talent function, you will bring structure, governance, pace, and visibility across multiple concurrent initiatives within a transitioning environment.

You will need to be highly adaptable, curious, and comfortable working independently while managing stakeholders across different levels of seniority.
