TALENT MANAGER – Look After You

Requirements

We are looking for a full time TALENT MANAGER located in Madrid, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the influencer/creator talent management.

The candidate will have to be familiar with the digital advertising market, the Spanish creators industry and be passionate about the influencer world and industry.

The candidate will have to be able to recruit and manage talent, help them to increase their value, deal with digital platforms, broadcasts and advertisers, negotiate and manage ad campaigns and build solid long-term relationships with all stakeholders.

From day one she/he will be assigned a client portfolio, with full responsibility for business results and will work with premium talent, brands and agencies.
