Talent Operations Intern/ Coordinator (12 months contract)

About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Operations Intern/ Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of core people operations across benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, employee support, compliance, and talent systems. This 12‑month contract role is ideal for someone new to the HR profession who wants to explore what it takes behind the scenes service delivery, process optimization, and automation within a growing organization. We are especially interested in someone who is curious and passionate about AI and automation , and excited about how these tools can improve Talent Operations. You’ll have opportunities to use AI to streamline workflows, standardize communications, reduce manual effort, and help modernize how Talent Operations work gets done.
