Position Summary
The Talent Partner serves as a subject matter expert, providing thought leadership and support for the execution of an integrated talent strategy. This role collaborates closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to translate organizational insights into scalable frameworks and tools that elevate performance, culture, and capability, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives. 
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Program Design: Design, develop, and refine talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement surveys, and career pathing structures.
