Talent Partner

We are looking for a Talent Partner who will support Canada-based manufacturing sites and oversee global talent program activation across our manufacturing footprint. This role acts as a strategic connector between local HR teams and the global Talent Center of Excellence (CoE), ensuring talent programs are deployed consistently, sustained effectively, and continuously improved worldwide—while maintaining hands‑on partnership for Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of talent programs, such as the engagement measure tool for direct labor employees and supervisors’ leadership journey.
• Work closely with senior leaders and HRBPs to align talent programs with business objectives in line with local legal requirements and to meet local needs.
