Job Description

Responsibilities:Designing and managing talent management program such as management trainee program, core and functional development program
Developing career management related works for business units in charge
Develop mentoring and coaching sessions for employees
Build succession plans
Performing HR improvement projects as per assignment
Calculate employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates
Perform benchmark analyses of compensation and benefits
Provide team members with direction for leadership and development initiatives
Oversee sourcing and hiring procedures to ensure we attract and select high-potential employees
  Requirement: 
Male or Female, age not over 42 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
Over 5 Years of experience in HR Strategy, HRD, HR Consulting or related fields in a multinational organi...
