Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–4 years of solid experience in HR, preferably in performance management, organizational development, analytics, preferably within a cooperative, financial institution, or regulated organization.
• Practical knowledge of performance metrics, KPIs, and appraisal tools.
• Strong background in performance analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven experience in handling performance-related employee relations cases, including Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) and coaching interventions.
• Competent in MS Excel and basic HRIS systems for reporting and tracking performance.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
