Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Talent Platform Sales Representative to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for Moongig's healthcare staffing solutions.
Unlike traditional pharma or medical device sales, this role focuses on selling a workforce solution—helping healthcare providers quickly find and deploy the right healthcare professionals to fill urgent vacancies through the Moongig platform.
You will be responsible for building strong institutional relationships, identifying staffing pain points, and positioning Moongig as the trusted partner for healthcare staffing.

Business Development & Sales
Identify, prospect, and acquire new hospital, clinic, and healthcare facility accounts
Present and position Moongig's staffing platform as a strategic solution to workforce shortages
