Role Overview

As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in building and nurturing strong relationships with our customers, acting as the trusted partner they rely on—guiding them, supporting them, and helping them get the most out of our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers.
  • Act as the trusted partner, guiding customers and supporting them.
  • Help customers maximize value from our solutions.
  • Maintain a proactive and collaborative approach with the team.
  • Travel as required to meet with clients.

Qualifications

  • Good communicator, excellent listener, self‑motivated, natural problem solver, and great multitasker in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
  • Customer Success experience (B2B preferred).
