Talent Recruiter

The Recruiter actively seeks talent for the organization. This position entails making outbound recruiting calls to recruit talent and working to find candidates on a variety of web-based talent portals, conducting phone interviews, scheduling, and assisting the Staffing Coordinator in facilitating the hiring process for candidates who are on the talent list. Administrative or recruiting experience in healthcare is valued. Telemarketing experience is preferred, along with staffing and recruiting experience.
