Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Strategy & Business Partnership: Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across Europe to understand role requirements, conduct intake meetings, define selection criteria, and develop effective hiring plans aligned with regional priorities.
• Proactive Sourcing & Talent Pipelines: Source candidates through targeted outreach, professional networks, job boards, and direct activities; build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines; engage passive candidates for critical roles; adapt sourcing strategies to local market conditions.
