Summary
The ideal candidate will be comfortable reaching out to candidates and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through open-ended questions. They should have good communication and organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to meeting and exceeding assigned target.
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing potential candidates through various job portals, search and networking.
• Perform phone screening to assess candidates' suitability.
• Coordinate to arrange interviews between clients and candidates.
• Get feedback and outcomes from Consultants on presented candidates. Keep all candidates informed on the outcome
• Completing all candidate and client information on database system, generate report as and when required.
• Ensuring all information is kept up to date.
