Job Summary:
Join our recruitment team as a Talent Resourcer, sourcing and engaging top talent while supporting the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and talent pools
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain tracking systems
• Prepare candidate profiles for consultant review
• Support in drafting and posting job advertisements
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Provide timely updates to consultants and ensure smooth workflows
• Assist with reference checks and pre-employment documentation as required
