Talent Sourcer

As a Talent Sourcer, you will support our Global Talent Acquisition team by building strong and diverse talent pipelines across global regions. This position is responsible for providing strategic insight, data analysis, and market intelligence to support global recruitment efforts. The role focuses on identifying talent pools, optimizing sourcing strategies, and supporting recruiters with actionable data to efficiently attract top candidates worldwide. You will also confirm candidate information, and organize data for tracking in our ATS. Your ability to be detail-oriented, accurate, and structured will be key to succeeding in this position.
