The Opportunity
We are looking for a Sourcer to support our recruitment efforts across LATAM. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for multiple roles while joining a strong, collaborative recruitment team that values growth and teamwork.

What You'll Do

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies
