The Talent Sourcer will support the recruitment team by focusing on the front-end stages of the hiring process. This role is responsible for sourcing, reviewing, and screening candidate applications to ensure only suitable, qualified candidates are progressed to the next stage of the recruitment process.

The Talent Sourcer will conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume screening and basic suitability checks, before handing shortlisted candidates over to the next stakeholder in the hiring process.
