We are seeking a Talent Sourcer for our client, a global financial services firm known for premium service and specialist expertise by helping their clients innovate and navigate complex financial markets.

Recruitment Process:
Own the initial candidate recruitment experience in partnership with our onsite Talent Advisors.
Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, jobs skills, and salary requirements.
Provide information about the organization and position and promote our employer brand online and offline.
Candidate Relationship Management:
Utilize sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract candidates such as online social networking, traditional networking, searches, and referrals.
