Job Title: Talent Sourcer
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Freelance
Compensation: Commission-Based (MYR 3,000 – 15,000 / month), no basic salary 
Overview 
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to support our recruitment initiatives on a freelance basis. This is a fully remote, performance-driven opportunity designed for individuals who are confident working independently and delivering results. 
The role focuses on identifying and engaging qualified candidates across various industries and job functions to support client hiring requirements. 
Responsibilities 
Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other professional networks 
Develop and maintain a strong and sustainable talent pipeline 
Conduct initial candidate outreach and preliminary screening 
Understand client job requirements and align candidate profiles accordingly
