About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to support end-to-end recruitment efforts in collaboration with Senior Recruiters. This role requires strong sourcing expertise, organization, and communication skills to ensure high-quality candidate pipelines and a smooth recruitment process.

You will play a key role in identifying top talent, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Use Boolean search techniques and resume databases to identify qualified talent
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines and referral networks
