Talent Sourcer

Trailhead Recruiting is looking for a Recruitment Partner (Talent Sourcer) to partner with U.S based Recruitment Consultants to assist with front-end recruitment processes such as candidate sourcing, market-mapping, scheduling interviews, campaign creation, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Recruiter to bring the best talent to our clients and contribute to successful placements
• Leverage In-house tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter PRO, our ATS/CRM, email automation tools, and various job boards to boost candidate outreach
• Will be using Office 365 (specifically Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel) to assist with daily activities and to present information to the candidates you are helping
• Actively connect with Talent in the market that is in your assigned territory
• Contribute to Business Development strategy through lead sourcing, market research, data enrichment, etc.
