Role Summary

We're hiring a Recruiting Operations Specialist to support backend sourcing and outreach operations. You'll build and maintain accurate prospect lists, launch recruiting outreach sequences using approved tools, and ensure automations run reliably. You'll troubleshoot errors, keep records clean, and help the team move fast with accurate, up-to-date information.
