Main Responsibilities

• Strategic Developme nt: Document and export talent development initiatives throughout the Americas region; coordinate the Succession Planning process and consolidate the regional talent pool
• Talent Attraction & Executive Sear ch: Lead executive recruitment (Directors and upper positions), support local divisions with tailored attraction strategies, and develop key partnerships with universities and headhunters <...
