full lifecycle of talent success
—from onboarding and campaign execution to renewals and upsells—ensuring our talent feels supported, sponsors see measurable ROI, and events run flawlessly.

This is a
hands-on, relationship-driven role
for someone who thrives on coordination, organization, and building trust with high-profile talent and sponsors alike.

Responsibilities
Talent Onboarding & Retention

• Act as the main concierge for new podcasters and speakers joining the network.
• Manage onboarding workflows: collect bios, headshots, tech requirements, and media kits.
• Conduct regular health checks to ensure talent satisfaction and alignment with network goals.
• Maintain strong professional relationships while ensuring expectations are met.
