Talent Supplier Partnership Manager

The purpose of the Talent Supplier Partnership Manager is to manage supplier performance and partnerships of multiple TAPFIN client programs. This position partners with TAPFIN operations teams and clients to provide strategic solutions regarding supplier vetting, selection, and optimization to fulfill business needs.

Making an Impact
• Assist in defining the methodologies by which TAPFIN reviews client programs and suppliers
• Ensure consistent approach across clients
• Create strategic plans for programs by proactively evaluating supply base
• Utilize supplier data, analytics, and reports to develop strategies/recommendations to address client and program needs such as diversity, coverage gaps, managing supplier performance
• Collaborate with Delivery and Engagement to ensure client has the optimal supplier basis, ensuring they have the right suppliers at right time
