Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Tally Technician to manage and monitor inventory movements accurately. The successful candidate will ensure proper recording of incoming and outgoing goods, maintain stock accuracy, and support smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and verify incoming and outgoing goods using tally sheets/system
• Check quantity, condition, and documentation of goods received and dispatched
• Perform physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams
• Report stock variances, damages, or irregularities promptly
• Assist during internal and external stock audits
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
