 In this role, you will:

Client Engagement Outbound/Inbound Assess Clients’ financial situations and fit for mutual funds using probing questions and exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Simplify and explain investment strategies using language and analogies that make investing concepts easier to understand.
Coach Clients to adopt sound investor behaviors and habits that will position them to have long-term success with their investments & deposits
Educate Clients on the fundamentals of our products with the intention of raising their overall investor IQ.
Enable Clients to take control of their investments by providing them a tailored recommendation suited to their needs. Empower Clients to use online self-serve tools to assist with planning and goal setting
Recommend other Tangerine products that are well suited to the Clients identified needs
Assist Clients with trade requests and account maintenanc...
