Tanker Driver

• Operate fuel tank trucks in a safe and efficient manner, delivering petroleum products to assigned locations
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle and equipment are in good condition.
• Load and unload fuel from terminals or depots, ensuring correct product type and quantity.
• Ensure proper handling of hoses, nozzles, meters, and valves during fuel transfer to avoid spills and accidents
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols during fuel handling and transport
• accurately complete trip tickets, delivery receipts, and fuel inventory reports
• Coordinate with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and requirements
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or safety concerns immediately
• Ensure cleanliness and basic maintenance of the trucks
