Job Description

Responsibilities:
Support the Specialist team to ensure uncomplicated voyages.
Liaise with brokers / counterparties / owners / charterers with regards to operational matters on ships and / or cargo.
Anticipating problems and finding solutions to optimise performance.
Checking and monitoring Freight/Hire/Comm invoices and payments, liaising with Accounts.
Time bar monitoring.
Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
Experience:
3 years’ minimum experience as a Tanker Operator
Experienced and confident within Tanker Operations, preferably with exposure to Chemicals, Fuels and other wet cargoes.
Superb problem-solving skills and find enjoyment in finding solutions
A passion for the shipping markets/a good understanding of the ship brokerage world and how it functions
Fluency in English (written and verbal) with a personable and professional ...
