The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Targeted Enterprise programme to ensure compliance with SANRAL requirements while promoting the development and participation of local enterprises in the project.

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in enterprise development, contractor development, or community development programmes.

• Experience in infrastructure or construction projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting skills
• Experience on SANRAL or government-funded projects will be advantageous

Required Qualifications

Degree or National Diploma in Business Management, Development Studies, Construction Management, or related field.

• Implement and manage the Targeted Enterprise participation programme
