Targeting Analyst (Mid-Level)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 9 years w/o a degree or 7 years with AS/AA or 5 years with BA/AA or 3 years with MS/MA or 1 year with PhD

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in target development, ISR analysis, and weaponeering methodologies.


• Familiarity with targeting tools and software, such as Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB), Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT), or similar platforms.


• Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms, processes, and targeting tradecraft.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high‑quality intelligence products and briefings.
