Tariff expert (secondment to client, part-time, contract)

Location: Abu Dhabi (on-site or remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking an expert in tariff development and redesign with a strong background in the utilities sector for a client in Abu Dhabi. Strong experience in tariff structuring and pricing is important. Candidates with backgrounds in utilities, regulators, system operators, or energy-focused advisory/consulting firms, with immediate availability, will be preferred. The role objective is to provide expert support on the design and assessment of regulated tariffs in the utilities sector, including quantitative impact analysis.
