                    Role:  Tasting Room Manager
Location:  Hermanus, Western Cape
Salary:  TBC

  What you will be doing: 
Managing the tasting room Wednesday to Sunday (09:3017:30) 
Creating a premium, relaxed and memorable guest experience 
Maintaining an excellent 4.8 Google review standard 
Actively promoting and growing wine club memberships 
Taking initiative during quieter winter months, there is always something to improve, organise or build 
What I am looking for in the right candidate: 
Previous hospitality experience (restaurant, hotel or wine environment) 
A polished, confident presence that represents a premium brand well 
Commercial awareness, comfortable speaking about value and closing a wine club sign-up 
Strong attention to detail 
Emotional maturity and the ability to receive direct feedback
