Aligned Outsource, Inc. is seeking a qualified Tax Accountant (Philippine CPA + Enrolled Agent) for its client, a U.S. Based Accounting Firm.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tax Accountant to join our client's Tax Team. This position involves managing complex U.S. tax engagements, reviewing tax returns, and serving as a primary contact for senior tax managers and partners internally.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit tax returns
Lead tax planning initiatives and prepare strategic tax recommendations for clients
Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely completion
Supervise and mentor staff accountants and interns
Conduct advanced tax research and prepare detailed technical memorandums
Develop and maintain strong team relationships
Stay current with U.S. tax law changes and communicate impacts to clients and team
