Aligned Outsource, Inc. is seeking a qualified Tax Accountant (Philippine CPA + Enrolled Agent) for its client, a U.S. Based Accounting Firm.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tax Accountant to join our client's Tax Team. This position involves managing complex U.S. tax engagements, reviewing tax returns, and serving as a primary contact for senior tax managers and partners internally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit tax returns
• Lead tax planning initiatives and prepare strategic tax recommendations for clients
• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely completion
• Supervise and mentor staff accountants and interns
• Conduct advanced tax research and prepare detailed technical memorandums
