• Responsible for the tax reporting for MX

• Strong Knowledge of Mexican Tax Legislation
• Expertise in ISR (Impuesto Sobre la Renta), IVA (Impuesto al Valor Agregado), and Código Fiscal de la Federación.
  Familiarity with SAT (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) requirements and electronic invoicing (CFDI).
  Experience with International Tax and Transfer Pricing
• Understanding of BEPS (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting), OECD guidelines, and double tax treaties.
  Practical experience with transfer pricing documentation and APA (Advance Pricing Agreements) in Mexico.
