Tax Accountant

We're looking for a Tax Accountant who will take a role in ensuring full compliance with BIR and local government regulations, while driving continuous improvement in our tax processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and representation during BIR audits, assessments, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of BIR reports and attachments.
• Stay updated on tax laws and BIR issuances, and assess their implications on company operations.
• Coordinate with the accounting and payroll teams to ensure proper tax recording and reporting.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives related to tax compliance and reporting.
• Analyze and interpret changes in tax regulations and recommend compliance actions as needed.
• Assist in developing and implementing tax procedures and internal controls.
• Prepare management reports and analyses on tax-related matters to support decision-making.
