Tax Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented
Tax Analyst
to join our team This role is responsible for preparing and filing Sales & Use, Telecommunications, and Property tax returns, ensuring timely payments and full compliance.

Remote – LATAM

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of corporate tax/accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, or related field
• Knowledge of state and local tax laws
• Strong Excel and tax software skills
• Highly organized with strong communication skills
• Bilingual: English & Spanish
• Telecommunications industry experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file tax returns (Sales & Use, Telecom, Property)
• Manage tax calendars and workpapers
• Oversee 1099 compliance (W8/W9 collection, reporting, IRS filing)
• Maintain tax exemptions and organized tax files
