Tax Analyst

Prepare and submit tax reports on time to the Bureau of Internal Revenue:

Responsibilities

• Monthly withholding tax on compensation (1601C)
• Monthly withholding tax on vendors (1601E)
• Quarterly tax reports (1601EQ / 1702Q)
• Weekly issuance of 2307 to vendors
• Annual issuance of 2316 to employees
• Annual alphalist of employees and vendors (1604CF & 1604E)
• Annual registration of accounting books to the BIR
• Annual submission of inventory report to the BIR
• Prepare journal entries for the monthly tax provision.
• Ensure that the tax accounts in Balance Sheet and P&L are properly reconciled on a monthly basis.
• Assist in the application of VAT claims with the BIR.
• Assist in the renewal of business permits with CDC and coordinate with BIR for tax matters.
