Tax Associate - Corporate

As a Tax Associate you will be responsible for: Preparation of corporate and partnership tax returns for US businesses under the supervision of senior staff.
The portfolio includes companies with revenues ranging from $0-$100M, across a variety of industries including Tech Start-Up, Pharmaceuticals, Marketing, Consumer Products, and our personal favorite, French Wine and Desserts ???? Preparation of state and local nexus analysis and calculation of apportionment factors.
Calculation of federal taxable income, and identification of book-to-tax differences.
