Our client is the London office of a highly regarded US law firm with a market-leading Tax practice. Following a period of significant growth, the team is now looking to complete the picture with the hire of a mid-level associate (3–4 PQE), UK trained and UK qualified.
The Tax group advises on sophisticated and high-value matters, with a particular focus on the tax structuring of investment funds, complex M&A transactions and fund financings. The practice benefits from a strong flow of work generated by the firm’s global platform and is closely integrated with leading partners in London and internationally. This role will involve working closely with a senior partner in the team, offering genuine exposure to top-tier matters and clients from day one.
