JOB OVERVIEW
:

Timely Preparation, Filing, Submission and Completion of various BIR Forms/tax returns for
Alsons Thermal Energy Corporation (ATEC) and Subsidiaries
: Sarangani Energy Corporation (SEC), Aces Technical Services Corporation (ATSC) and San Ramon Power, Inc. (SRPI).

MAJOR PROCESSES:

1. Monitoring new BIR Regulations
2. Timely Filing and Submissions of BIR Forms / Tax Returns and required attachments
3. Assist in BIR, external and internal tax audits
4. Keep and maintain files of all tax returns and related attachments

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS
:

1. ATEC Management
2. All Departments
3. Government Agencies, particularly Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
4. Suppliers, Contractors and Customers
5. Affiliates
