JOB OVERVIEW:
Timely Preparation, Filing, Submission and Completion of various BIR Forms/tax returns for Alsons Thermal Energy Corporation (ATEC) and Subsidiaries: Sarangani Energy Corporation (SEC), Aces Technical Services Corporation (ATSC) and San Ramon Power, Inc. (SRPI).
MAJOR PROCESSES:
Monitoring new BIR Regulations
Timely Filing and Submissions of BIR Forms / Tax Returns and required attachments
Assist in BIR, external and internal tax audits
Keep and maintain files of all tax returns and related attachments
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS:
ATEC Management
All Departments
Government Agencies, particularly Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
Suppliers, Contractors and Customers
Affiliates
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor new BIR regulations for distribution to concerned finance team - for immediate application and compliance
Collaborate with F&A and PBU Tax Teams in developing tax strategies and solutions
