Job Description

Our client is a top-tier international law firm with a strong presence in the Middle East. They are seeking a talented Tax Lawyer (3–5 years’ PQE) to join its Oman office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex tax advisory matters, cross-border transactions, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic and growing market.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising clients on corporate tax, VAT, and international tax planning.
Drafting and reviewing tax-related agreements and documentation.
Providing guidance on compliance with Omani tax laws and GCC frameworks.
Collaborating with regional teams on multi-jurisdictional projects.
Requirements:
Qualified Lawyer with 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in tax law.
Strong technical knowledge of corporate and indirect taxation.
Experience in an international law firm or Big Four environment is preferred.
