Tax Associate

The Tax and Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring the company's full compliance with tax laws, statutory requirements, and regulatory obligations. This role oversees tax filings, government reports, audits, and compliance processes while minimizing tax risks and supporting sound financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file all required tax returns (e.g., income tax, withholding tax, VAT, business taxes) accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with national and local government regulations (BIR, SEC, LGUs, etc.)
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on company operations
• Handle tax audits, assessments, and inquiries from government agencies
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
