Tax Compliance and Reporting

Own and manage the end-to-end tax compliance lifecycle across all the Covered Entities, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete filings. Accountable for review and sign-off of all tax returns, computations, and supporting schedules. Ensure integrity and alignment between tax reporting, statutory accounts, and financial reporting. Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes, controls, and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• IFRS 17 Tax Support
• Analyze tax implications arising from IFRS 17 implementation.
• Evaluate tax treatment of key IFRS 17 components (CSM, revenue recognition, discounting).
